Big SUV, Bigger Presence: Jeep Presents the Commander in a High-Impact Dubai OOH Push
The American automotive powerhouse Jeep has marked its return to Dubai’s OOH scene following a long hiatus that has lasted since their previous campaign from September of 2024 that promoted the iconic Grand Cherokee.
Jeep returned on hoardings along high traffic roads in Dubai. The choice of format here matches the scale of the car, the all-new Commander. The creative direction taken by Jeep here was centered on a minimalist, premium aesthetic that blends rugged capability with regional cultural resonance. The Commander positioned on desert sands under a crescent moon, a subtle and elegant nod to the Ramadan season. By depicting a couple in traditional Emirati attire looking toward the horizon, the creative establishes an emotional connection, positioning the SUV not just as a machine, but as a vessel for shared journeys and "limitless" local exploration. This approach helps maintain a sophisticated and high-end feel.
The campaign's copy was direct and value-driven. Headlined by a sentence that reads: “The all New Commander, Without Limits”. It then follows this up with the offer, by using a high-contrast white typography to showcase the entry price of AED 149,900. To further incentivize potential buyers, the offer highlights a comprehensive package, including a 5-year warranty, roadside assistance, and a 3-year service plan. The inclusion of the Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises branding helps add a layer of trust in the local market.
