Sharjah City For Humanitarian Services Drives Community Giving Through Billboards in Sharjah
Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) has taken its message directly to the streets of a city where community and faith are integral parts of daily life. A clear and straightforward call to action is issued by the non-profit organization via a network of prominent billboards located throughout Sharjah: "We receive your zakat and donations."
In time for Ramadan, the billboard strikes a mix between clarity and compassion, set against the background of Sharjah's mosques and apartment buildings. The design is warm yet structured, with a soft mint accent framing the phrase "Your Zakat Creates Impact" and a powerful purple panel with the bilingual header in Arabic and English. A child with a tablet at the middle smiles softly at onlookers, as a silent symbol of support and possibility.

After their last OOH campaign, this execution emphasises trustworthiness and legibility, utilizing the timing of the holy month and the urge to give. The big phone number serves as the campaign's focal point and is shown brightly in white against the purple backdrop. The supporting phrase, "Call us, we'll come to you," streamlines the donation procedure and establishes SCHS as approachable and proactive.
The Uni-Poles are positioned strategically increase reach in crowded neighbourhoods and important thoroughfares. The format guarantees that the message is readable and memorable in Sharjah's urban environment, as cars come across billboards at eye level and spend a lot of time there, in between traffic.
The initiative strengthens SCHS's longstanding humanitarian engagement in the UAE and goes beyond a fundraising drive. The company connects faith-based giving with contemporary communication strategies by fusing emotional relatability with a clear call to action. This campaign reminds locals that their zakat does more than just meet an obligation; it has a real influence on their community.
SCHS’ campaign arrived on Sharjah’s uni-poles and mega coms in the second week of February.
