Following EG Bank’s previous campaign in July, The bank decided to join the Ramadan ads commercials race with one of our favorite stories of all time. It all started back in 2017 when Raouf, a young man in his early 20s was suffering from his father who doesn’t deal with him as an adult, but EG Bank actually sees him as an adult and actually can give him all the privileges to help him start his life. Following the same tonality, the campaign returned in 2024 with Raouf working now as a freelancer and, of course, suffering, from one side being the black sheep as always, and from the other side he is a freelancer that has no rights or even a job name. The campaign is multi-channel, as it’s on TV along with OOH which makes it a comprehensive campaign. The campaign gathers the campaign’s characters such as Raouf, his client, his landlord, his neighbors and other funny characters of the campaign along with the freelancers program that the bank offers which is Free.ly.
