Al Qamzi Developments, the UAE-based real estate developer responsible for multiple residential projects in Egypt, has reemerged in Cairo's outdoor advertising landscape with a new campaign for Cityzen, its residential compound in Mostakbal City. This campaign represents the first significant visibility since its initial presence in February, indicating a revitalized effort to enhance brand awareness of their latest project, Cityzen.
This time, the visual direction places a lot of emphasis on atmosphere. There are two different styles of the billboards. The first displays an aerial view of landscaped water features with warm stone pathways winding around them, framed by carefully placed greenery. In the second, contemporary residential façades are juxtaposed with tumbling waterfalls that cascade into a reflective pool.

The word "cityzen" is centered in delicate, simple typography in both designs, allowing the landscape to express the emotional impact.
"Stand Alone Villas / Apartments / Townhouses" is the supporting text along the top, and the lower corner is anchored by the Al Qamzi logo. The layouts are simple and clutter-free, allowing the environment and texture to speak for the promised lifestyle. The campaign emphasizes mood, portraying Cityzen as a harmonious blend of everyday tranquility and organized urban living.
