What you’re seeing on the billboards is an introduction to Grand Lane, calm spaces, thoughtful design, and a clear sense of place in New Cairo. The first thing that lands is the text itself. One execution opens with “welcome to,” followed by “the grand experience,” placed clearly at the center, setting the tone without pushing too hard. Just below it, “New Cairo” appears as a grounding line, anchoring the visuals to a real, familiar location rather than an abstract idea.
