Nissan Introduces the All-New Navara PRO Through Dubai D/OOH Campaign
Nissan is introducing the all-new Navara Pro to UAE audiences through an outdoor advertising campaign that gives the pickup a distinctly regional identity. Under the name "Azaiz," the campaign brings the vehicle onto Dubai's roads through large-format billboards and digital out-of-home (DOOH) displays, carrying a simple announcement: "Azaiz Has Arrived."
Appearing during the third week of October 2026, the campaign preceded Nissan's official Middle East launch of the Navara Pro on October 29. It also followed the automaker's previous UAE outdoor advertising campaign for the Pathfinder, extending the brand's October presence with a dedicated introduction to its latest pickup.

Meet Azaiz: A Pickup with a Regional Identity
The campaign's strongest marketing decision is its use of "Azaiz," an affectionate Khaleeji expression referring to a trusted and loyal companion. Nissan has adopted the name to reflect the relationship its pickups have developed with generations of drivers across the Middle East.
This regional naming strategy gives the Navara Pro an identity that extends beyond its international model designation. For UAE audiences, the Arabic name introduces a sense of familiarity, while the accompanying English message, "Has Arrived," makes the launch announcement immediately understandable.
The outdoor creative supports that positioning through an imposing golden pickup set against mountainous terrain at sunset. The combination reinforces the vehicle's adventurous character, while the Nissan logo, model name, and bilingual messaging keep the communication focused on product recognition.
Building Launch Awareness Across Dubai's OOH Landscape
Nissan's use of roadside hoardings and large-format digital screens gives the Navara Pro considerable visibility during its regional introduction. These placements bring the pickup into everyday commuting environments, reaching motorists who may already associate Nissan with reliability, utility, and off-road capability.
The campaign also benefits from a single, recognisable message across its different outdoor executions. The vehicle remains the focal point, supported by the Azaiz name and a direct launch announcement. This consistency helps establish familiarity through repeated encounters without requiring audiences to absorb detailed technical information while travelling.
For automotive brands, outdoor advertising plays an important role in building anticipation before and during a new model introduction. In Nissan's case, the campaign connects the Navara Pro's arrival with an established pickup heritage while giving the latest generation its own identity.
What the Navara Pro Brings to the Middle East
The all-new Navara Pro has been developed for commercial and private customers, combining work-focused capability with greater everyday comfort and technology. Its Middle East lineup includes a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 244 horsepower and a 2.3-litre turbocharged diesel producing 141 horsepower, with both delivering 400 Nm of torque.
According to Nissan, the vehicle received more than 200 Middle East-specific readiness updates, supported by 100,000 kilometres of regional adaptability and durability testing. These measures address local driving conditions, including extreme temperatures and demanding terrain.
The Navara Pro also represents an important development in Nissan's international production strategy. Designed, developed, and manufactured by the Zhengzhou Nissan joint venture in China, it is the company's first China-developed model produced for global export.
Extending Nissan's Pickup Heritage into a New Generation
The Azaiz campaign demonstrates how a regional expression can strengthen the introduction of a global automotive product. Its outdoor presence makes the Navara Pro recognisable, while the locally meaningful name gives audiences a more personal connection to its arrival.
The launch also draws on a significant automotive legacy. Nissan reports more than 90 years of pickup heritage and over 300,000 pickup sales across the GCC, providing the new Navara Pro with an established foundation as it enters the region's competitive mid-size pickup market.
