Vyom Takes the City Personally: When Emaar’s Promise Speaks Directly From the Billboard
Vyom transforms UAE’s most prominent billboards into declarations of intent, boldly reframing how real estate launches are communicated. Emaar’s billboards feel less like advertisements and more like a confident public announcement.
Following their prior appearance, the core of this new campaign is a promise so simple, so powerful. One execution simply says in English, “New Emaar Launches. Buy Direct. No Brokers. No Commissions. No Delays. Assured by Emaar.” The Arabic version reinforces this conviction: direct ownership of trusted Emaar properties, sans intermediaries, commissions, and delays. And the translation here is not just linguistic but also cultural-clarity, reassurance, and trust delivered in both languages with equal weight.
Vyom positions itself as a direct bridge to Emaar, a remover of friction from a process that was, until now, often mired in confusion.
The giant screens are minimalistic, with plenty of whitespace for the font to breathe. The subdued, almost artistic views of real estate behind the messages softly echo the theme of transparency, nothing fancy, nothing secret. The name “Vyom" and “vyom.ae" emerge confidently but do not overshoot, implying confidence over persuasion. In a crowded market like a real estate advertising saturated city, what makes Vyom so noticeable is that it ends up saying precisely what needs to be said rather than a great deal more.
The new campaign took off on UAE’s digital screens in the second week of January.
