Pizza Hut gives Cairo commuters a lunch offer worth a second look. On the upper billboard, “MY BOX” sits beside a starting price of EGP 219. Look down and there is the order itself, opened wide enough to see everything from the pepperoni on the pizza to the chocolate chips in the cookie. The two stacked billboards work like a question and its answer. What comes in the box for that price?

The Offer Upstairs, the Menu Downstairs

The upper panel carries the information someone would need to act on the offer. There is the name to ask for, the price to start from and, at the lower left, the ordering number 19000. Above the word “MY,” the familiar red Pizza Hut roof makes the product name look like part of the brand. Even before the eye reaches the Pizza Hut wordmark on the right, there is a clue to whose lunch is on offer.

Then the lower billboard takes on a job usually left to the menu. A rectangular pizza fills the middle compartment, wedges run down one side, and the wings and cookie share the space on the other. Along the front edge of the carton, the items appear in the same plain language a customer might use to order them. The box doubles as the menu, right down to the last word, “COOKIE.”

Who Gets the Last Wedge?

There is a reason the little word “My” earns so much space. Ordering pizza with other people usually involves a negotiation. Which toppings does everyone like? Is anyone ordering sides? Who wants dessert? My Box gives the person choosing lunch a way to have a bit of each. A hand reaching for a wedge makes that idea feel immediate. It is easy to imagine which compartment you would reach for first.

The price reads differently once the whole meal comes into view. Someone comparing lunch options can see that the advertised starting figure refers to a box containing a main, two savoury sides and dessert. Keeping “STARTING FROM” directly above the numerals matters here. It gives customers a price to plan around while preserving the distinction between an entry price and what their own order might cost.

What the Second Billboard Adds

For outdoor advertisers, the interesting choice is how much space Pizza Hut gives the food. Fitting the photograph, price, product name and phone number onto a single panel would mean asking each element to share attention. Here, the offer stays legible above while the photograph below has room for details that convey appetite, such as a browned pizza crust and the colour of a potato wedge. That division also gives the passerby two ways into the campaign. The number might catch a bargain hunter first, while the pepperoni could as easily catch someone hungry.

Pizza Hut took a different route in its June 2026 Peri-Ranch campaign in Greater Cairo, where the flavour itself was the reason to pay attention. My Box gives the brand another place in the lunch conversation. A commuter can come away knowing what to call the meal, what is inside it and where the price begins. They can even take the number straight from the billboard when someone at work asks what they fancy ordering.
