Grand Plaza launches OOH campaign for La Mirada

Real Estate developer Grand Plaza has launched an outdoor campaign to promote compound La Mirada, their latest project in El Mostakbal City.
A compound of modern apartments, the project offers the usual facilities in a gated community around a central lake. Contemporary design under the Spanish name “The Look”, though the developer originally meant “The View”.
The ads showcase photos of the buildings and include the slogan “The future starts now”, surrounded by colorful abstract waves. The ad copy is minimalist and only gives away the company’s hotline and years of the payment plan.
With Large and X-Large uni-poles, Gates, Megas, and Double-decker poles, the campaign spreads on the main roads of Greater Cairo.
