McDonald’s has just launched an OOH campaign all over the UAE. My M, the official app that unlocks a world of rewards with every order. The foodservice giant appeared previously on the UAE’s billboards last December. Every bite counts with the McDonald’s app where you can earn points on every purchase, and unlock exclusive deals and offers, from mouthwatering limited-time discounts to promotions, available only on the app. Consumers can then use their hard-earned points to redeem free food, drinks, and even McCafe beverages. One of the main highlights of the app is skipping queues and paying seamlessly through the app. The app isn't just about rewards; it's about convenience and personalization, like creating a personalized menu with your go-to meals and drinks for faster reordering. McDonald’s spreads their main benefit by highlighting “Earn Rewards on every order” through their ad copy, as simple as “Just tap McDonald’s App”. With the “My M” logo on the top of the bright yellow billboards, the cheerful, hunger-inducing incorporate a picture of their chicken burger, half real and half animated, popping out of a phone screen. The new campaign was unveiled in the second week of February, on bridge billboards, uni-poles, and lampposts, in Dubai and Sharjah.
