Sodic has launched a new campaign for its latest development, Nobu Hotel and Residences in The Estates Residences. The campaign, which is called A New Age of Exclusivity, features visuals of a woman holding a red hat standing beside a luxurious hallway. The woman is wearing a black cloth along with the tag lines The Estates of Nobu Residents: A New Age of Exclusivity” and Home to the First.” The campaign highlights the exclusivity of the project, which will be home to the first Nobu Restaurant Hotel and Residences in Cairo. The Nobu Hotel and Residences Cairo, nestled in SODIC’s signature development in New Zayed, West Cairo’s up-and-coming neighborhood, is set within the meticulously planned expanse of single-family residences and exclusive apartments; the hotel and residences will form an integral part of “The Estates Residences.” The campaign has been launched with strategic distribution, with billboards appearing all over Cairo. The visuals were elegant, using a dark background and highlighting the Estates’ logo along with Sodic’s logo, website, and hotline, all that beside Nobu’s logo and location. This OOH campaign follows The Estates' previous appearance in Cairo in March 2023.
