Dubai Culture took a very simple approach to the campaign design wise, showcasing the elegance and simplicity of calligraphy itself. The advertisements featured a white background with golden text, boldly announcing the dates of the event from 1-31 October and directing viewers to the event's website to further explore. Also, a black stroke of a brush is illustrated in the advertisement that serves as a subtle nod to the statement advertised Strokes of Global Creativity, implying the diverse nature of the event's attendees and exhibitions that will take place. The campaign is designed to resemble calligraphy in a sense, simple, to the point, and elegantly crafted. It is also worth noting that with the objective of elevating the calligraphy landscape in Dubai, the biennale aims to showcase art from a variety of languages and cultures making it an inclusive and diverse environment bringing together the world's most talented calligraphers. Featuring on digital screens, the campaign appeared in the first week of October in Sharjah.
