Center Point Developments, a real estate developer new to the OOH market, just launched a new OOH campaign about their latest project, Z Mall. The campaign has been spotted in the last half of August, which is a fairly new one. The campaign artwork is simple yet tells everything to the passersby and interested prospects. The billboard is divided into two; the left part talks about the details, such as its launching campaign and how high the traffic is in the commercial district. The billboard is annexed with the call-to-action, which is the hotline to make it easier for the audience to connect with the realtor. Moreover, the tagline “Z Mall is more” refers to the inclusivity that the mall will offer. Regarding the geo-distribution, you can spot the campaign in the east side of Cairo, New Cairo, and the campaign is placed on the highways to target the segment of commuters from and to New Cairo. It’s worth mentioning that Center Point Developments changed its logo back last August to be the new logo that’s used on this campaign’s billboard.
