Arada is officially launching Saro, as announced in the UAE’s outdoor advertisement, following up on their last OOH campaign. In the Al Suyoh neighborhood of New Sharjah, Arada has begun construction on Saro, the seventh and last phase of Masaar, the massive residential woodland development project. The final 597 residences come as investor interest in the project's 813 villas and townhouses, award-winning master plan, and homes inspired by nature have increased significantly. The upscale Saro Forest Signature Villas can be found in the Saro area. Every Saro property includes smart technologies as standard equipment, and larger villas provide more solitude, several lounges, spacious patios, and immaculate swimming pools. The residences at Saro are expected to be finished in the second quarter of 2026. The real estate brand shows off their picturesque, nature-filled areas with stunning architectural design on the billboards, including the lovely two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses and luxurious four, five, and six-bedroom villas. “Launching Saro in the heart of woodland” is their enticing ad copy, used to reel passers in for this campaign. Arada reminds Sharjah’s OOH audience that it’s “Your last chance for a woodland lifestyle”, as this is the final stage of Masaar. The new campaign was revealed in Sharjah in the first week of August on hoardings and lampposts.
