The real estate developer strategically placed the OOH campaign along the main road leading to New Cairo City and using large and digital outdoor media formats to capture the attention of passersby, ensures maximum visibility and engagement. With Valencia Valley's luxurious living and NCB Developments' commitment to excellence, this project was set to capture the eye of discerning homebuyers looking for an exceptional living experience. 5- SA'ADA NEW CAIRO - 58 ad faces Sa'ada New Cairo, a new residential complex, secured the fifth place with a total of 58 ad faces. The artwork didn’t include any visuals, only calligraphy in Arabic on one version and English on the other version; some of the ad faces include a different tagline that reads, The upcoming is happiness, using the project's name, Sa'ada, in place of the word happiness in the sentence. This tagline conveyed the message that Sa'ada is not just a place to live but a place where residents can experience a happy and fulfilling life. Sa'ada New Cairo is a flagship project for Horizon Egypt, and with this outdoor campaign, Horizon Egypt is sure to attract even more attention to the project and generate interest from prospective buyers.
