Make Smarter Choices with Geely’s New Campaign Exhibited on UAE’s DOOH
Following their prior appearance, AGMC takes off on UAE’s billboards advertising Geely’s newest awareness campaign “Be Smart, Geely Smart”. AGMC has just signed an agreement with automotive giant Geely Auto to become their official distributor in the UAE for the brand’s extensive range. The agreement is being solidified through this awareness campaign, featuring the three popular Geely vehicles: the SUV Coolray, the sedan Emgrand and the EV Geometry C.
All three vehicles are paraded in the ad, highlighting the car designs. This is crucial as it is a key factor in a consumer's decision to purchase a particular model. A car's design can be a significant selling point, particularly for luxury and smart cars like these, where the aesthetics of the car are often seen as an indicator of performance. Showcasing the design of the cars in this advertisement, Geely creates a strong emotional connection with consumers and appeals to their sense of style and personal taste, especially when accompanied by characters of the campaign, all in the process of making bad decisions like eating chili pepper, buzz cutting their hair or stopping a ketchup bottle close to their eye. The ad tagline is “Make Better Choices”, entailing that to do so, you have to choose Geely Smart.
The new campaign took off on Dubai’s digital screens and hoarding billboards in the fourth week of April.
