Telecommunications and Healthcare activity in out-of-home spaces remains consistent as the month before; Foodservice on the other hand, is noticed to have a 1% decline in occupancy rate compared to January 2023. Revving up the Advertising Game: Out-of-Home Occupancy grows amid inflation with a thrilling 2% Year-over-Year Increase in February 2023 compared to February 2022. The year-to-year analysis showcased that in February 2023, the increase in activity for Real Estate is 9% higher compared to February 2022. A 2% increase is also noticeable in the FMCG sector compared to the previous year. Healthcare and Foodservice also noticed a 1% growth, while Telecommunications suffered a 4% decline compared to the year before. Two well-celebrated occasions will take place in Greater Cairo. A common rise in activity takes place with home appliances and consumer electronics for Mother’s Day, while Food and Beverage and Foodservice flood the OOH spaces in the month of Ramadan.
