After their very recent campaign, Taraf’s second outdoor advertising campaign is out now! In case anyone doesn’t know Taraf, it is a recently launched real estate division and prime residential property developer of Yas Holding, and now it has revealed Luce property, a new landmark that is about to be reviewed through the campaign.
Even though Taraf hasn’t been long in the UAE market, it surely knows how to make an impression on road outlooks! The real estate developer wants to highlight how stunning Luce looks inside out as a residential complex through the message of the campaign, highlighting it to be an ultra-luxury compound, like the ad copy states that it has “elegant architecture”, “the light at the palm” since its located in Palm Jumeirah, “stunning interiors” and lastly being a “spacious beachfront residences”, with so many good qualities how can one not be tempted to purchase there?
Luce offers waterfront vistas of Dubai's coveted blue waters as well as private beach access to Palm Jumeirah. The design of the building is influenced by nature, the beach, and the sand's curves and organic lines, as well as the fluidity of Dubai's desert and seascapes.
Taraf’s campaign was displayed in the fourth week of February as lampposts and hoarding boards, provided by Phi advertising.
