In the event that doesn’t happen that often, the legendary, Cirque du Soleil is coming to Egypt this month to perform for 16 shows, twice a day from the dates 8th of March till the 18th of March, to offer us a mind-blowing experience of their well-known show “OVO.” OVO was first presented in Canada, specifically Montreal, back in 2009 to entertain more than 7 million spectators in 155 cities in 26 countries. Impressive, isn’t it? The name OVO means egg in Portuguese which is very convenient. As the show is about an ecosystem teeming with life, where insects work, eat, crawl, flutter, play, fight, and look for love in a non-stop riot of energy and movement. On the artwork, you can quickly tell it’s about insects in the way the name is written, as it looks like an insect’s antenna and proboscis. On the billboard, you can easily see the event organizer, Dino Activations, the sponsor, MNHD, and the ticket gate, which is Tazkarti, along with the event’s date and location, the Covered Halls Complex in Cairo Stadium. Regards the geo-distribution, the campaign has a fair distribution, targeting main roads in Greater Cairo and also using traditional and digital out-of-home media.
