How does it feel to live by the beach in the heart of 6 October? iCity offers sandy beach parks in the form of lagoons so you enjoy sitting on the beach in the city you live in, without the need to travel. The outdoor advertising campaign visual includes a drawing of the lagoon so you can imagine what it will look like, the drawing consists of people kayaking, cycling, and walking by the beach in front of a huge building. However, the ad copy is simple yet clear, it includes “Sandy Beach - City Living” it’s clear that they want to say that you will enjoy beaches and lagoons in the city you’re living in. Now we all agree that living by the beach means happiness, that’s why Mountain View came up with the idea of their second awareness campaign filling the streets of Cairo which is “Experience Happiness” Mountain View is keen on providing its clients with luxurious experiences hence it had to advertise for these perks. It’s worth mentioning that Mountain View is one of the biggest real estate companies in Egypt which exists in some of Egypt’s major locations, such as East and West Cairo, the North Coast, and the Red Sea Coast. The campaign has been spotted in more than one cluttered location in Cairo, which indicates a geo-distribution that targets a broad audience and therefore introduces the city to a newer demographic.
