Fostering innovation and change, The 28th Gulfood will keep bringing together the food and beverage communities throughout the world and serve as a catalyst for industry trends and a hub for international sourcing. They are mapping the future and inspiring industry-wide transformation for the benefit of the whole ecosystem with over 5000 firms from more than 125 countries, a lineup of industry thought leaders, and the best chefs in the world. Through this, they are claiming that they are “Changing the way we eat and live”, through “Next Gen Influencers”. Occurring from the 20th to the 24th of February, “The World’s Biggest Food Show” is taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre, “even bigger and greener” this year. On bridge billboards and digital screens by Hills Advertising, the campaign was released in the second week of February.
