The campaign’s artwork is the best evidence that the brand is lavish as it depended on gold, black gradient to grey, which indicates marketing richness, success, and abundance. Behind this brand is a powerful couple who you can find them posing confidently on the billboard, the founder of VDH, Omar Sellawy, and Athar Younes. Now this concept is called CEO-Branding as it has been proved that consumers are more interested in “buying” from an actual person they “know,” such that 71% of surveyed consumers want to do business with brands that align with their values and the embodiment of those values and the face of the company is the CEO. The ad’s copy was very simple yet very descriptive as it states, “ turning space into your favorite place,” which in our opinion, it’s the brand promise that shows what the clients should expect from the brand, especially when they offer a wide range of services. V Design House was founded in late 2015; on their Facebook page, the brand indicates that they own a very solid list of clientele, such as palm hills, Alrehab, Maxim, Mountain View, Stella di Marie, and many more big names in the real estate industry.
