With the rise of digital solutions to market real estate, OOH advertising is still a reliable and efficient way for real estate companies to reach new clients, whether the campaign’s objective is direct sales, branding, or awareness. Continuing the monthly top campaign talk, the previous campaign had real estate dominating the matchup; this month is no surprise; real estate did it again! The first winner in the top campaigns is Paragon Developments for their branding campaign. The campaign used a solid green color with a bold font to make the branding message clear. The campaign occupied 85 ad faces. The second campaign, with a total of 83 ad faces, went to Terrace Zayed and its campaign “Breathe in The Calmness.” It’s worth mentioning that HDP’s previous campaign won the second spot in November’s top campaigns just to indicate that HDP’s campaigns area power to be reckoned with. The third spot went to the Eight Developments’ campaign for their project “The Vibe”. With 82 ad faces, the campaign occupied the OOH market. What makes this campaign special is its aesthetic. With an interesting black and gold color scheme and the slogan “The Vibe, you Deserve in New Cairo” to give the impression of inclusivity. Taking a break from real estate to switch to automotive, represented by Global Auto Group, the campaign occupied a total of 76 ad faces. This campaign was to announce being the official importer of BMW and MINI. This was the debut of Global Auto Group in the OOH scene, and it indeed left an impression on the audience. The campaign left a significant imprint, too, as it used an all-black setting with a glowing net of a vehicle that appears to be the new BMW X4. The ads also declared a new epoch using the motto of “New Era. New Vision.” The fifth contender in the race is the Wadi Degla Developments. With its emotional campaign “We build for your family,” the campaign granted 69 ad faces in December. The campaign was basically a branding campaign to drop highlight the emotional vision of the real estate developer.
