Since 2016, Saudi Arabia set a strategic plan to transform the country from an oil-dependent economy with transformative, leading, and empowering programs in public sectors such as; health, education, infrastructure, recreation, and tourism. NEOM is one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs.   

One of NEOM’s target segments for the transformative project in Saudi Arabia is the United Arab Emirates. The last appearance for NEOM’s appearance in the streets of Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s Digital Screen, Hoarding, and Uni-pole spaces were in November 2022. The marketing objective for the campaign was to inform Dubai and Abu Dhabi viewers that NEOM Media Industries is Open for Business! 

As 2023 begins, NEOM launches today’s digital out-of-home campaign in Dubai’s streets using digital screens to advertise one of its luxurious residential real estate projects in Saudi Arabia; Sindalah! A place where enhanced nature coexists with responsive design, cutting-edge technology, and inspiring architecture. Sindalah's year-round delights will include unforgettable experiences above and below the water, as well as great connectivity to the nearby Mediterranean and spectacular golfing. The visuals for the DOOH campaign advertise one of the water activities you can enjoy with a call to action to be “Part of the Legend”. To expand the call to action’s reach to the people of Dubai, the campaign comes in both English and Arabic.
