Ready to Move In? Dubai Investments Reappears in Shrajah’s OOH to Advertise Mirdif Hills

Dubai Investments was established in 1995 and is a renowned, pioneering investment firm located in the UAE. Since then, it has developed into a significant force in the economy of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, making wise investments in a variety of global markets and industries, including real estate, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, and education. Dubai Investment Real Estate [DIR], a renowned property and real estate developer with a track record of producing high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial properties, was founded in 2006. Additionally, Dubai Investment Real Estate owns land banks in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and other prime Dubai areas.

The last appearance of Dubai Investments’ subsidiary Dubai Investment Real Estate in the streets of the United Arab Emirates using out-of-home advertising was over a year. The marketing objective for January 2021’s campaign was to raise awareness for Mirdif Hills’ “Contemporary Luxury Community Living”.  

Ever since the Dubai Investments subsidiary’s last appearance, the real estate developer has been working on completing the establishment of the real estate project. In December 2022, Dubai Investments reappears in Sharjah’s Hoarding spaces to advertise that Mirdif Hills is “Ready to Move In”. The visuals on the OOH spaces showcase that the project is an “All-in-One Community” containing Furnished Apartments, Offices, Millennium Place Hotel, Retail, and Restaurants.  

When will Dubai Investments appear next in the OOH spaces of the United Arab Emirates? Will it advertise the same real estate project or will it introduce a new real estate project to the OOH viewers?
