The Housing Development Properties has hit the ground running ever since its announcement by the Housing and Development Bank. With the objective for the real estate developer to be in charge of leasing, selling, and operating numerous mega-projects when they are finished, as well as the sales and resales of those projects, Housing Development Properties decided to use out-of-home advertising in Greater Cairo to raise awareness of its real estate projects to potential real estate purchasers. Housing Development Properties used outdoor advertising for the first time just last month, with November 2022’s marketing objective to raise awareness about a new real estate developer in the Egyptian market. The branding campaign introduced the acronym for the real estate developer, which was the primary visual element that caught the attention of the OOH viewers. It also highlights that HDP is a subsidiary of the Housing and Development Bank. After one month of launching the branding campaign, HDP appears in today’s OOH spaces to advertise their first residential project to the public. The 31-acre residential project that includes 700 housing units in Sheikh Zayed is Terrace Zayed. The objective behind the development of the project, according to the ad message for the potential residential property buyers in West Cairo, is to “Breathe in the Simplicity”, “Breathe in the Calmness”, and “Breathe in the Convenience”. The visuals display the simplistic architecture housing units that are surrounded by greenery.
