Ever since 2017, Misr Italia Properties has been launching out-of-home advertising campaigns in Greater Cairo for the IL Bosco New Capital residential phases. Today marks a special day for the real estate developer, as Misr Italia Properties uses the outdoor spaces to advertise their first administrative phase in the new administrative capital project.
The last appearance of the real estate developer in the streets of Greater Cairo using OOH advertising was just last month, with November’s marketing objective to raise awareness for IL Bosco City’s newest residential phase in New Cairo. The out-of-home visuals showcase how you can “Walk”, “Cycle”, and “Drive” in the “Launching Soon” 15-Minute City.
As we mentioned, today marks a special day for Misr Italia Properties as they launch “Radical 1” in IL Bosco New Capital. With the powerful ad message: “Empower: Disrupt” the real estate developer used the powerful red color to offer a sense of empowerment to the OOH viewers and the potential administrative property buyers. The blue color was also used to showcase how Misr Italia Properties will offer loyalty to its office space purchasers. Lastly, the real estate developer also used the yellow color to indicate that at radical 1, you will feel joy, warmth, and energy.
