Etisalat by e& telecommunication brand revealed their latest outdoor campaign celebrating the 51st UAE National Day after releasing their latest song “Abshery ya Belady” last week on Youtube and TV. “Abshery ya Belady” is not the only outdoor campaign by Etisalat, as they just revealed “Turn your fan mode” campaign with BeIn Sports at the same time aligned with the world cup.
The campaign came in two billboard types. The first one is the bridge billboard which included the slogan with the hashtag alongside a photo of a little Emirati girl raising the UAE flag. The second one is the digital billboard which changed to have a different sentence and photo every few seconds. The texts on the visuals of the digitals billboards include encouraging and cheerful sentences such as “rejoice in an innovative future,” “rejoice in your people’s strength,” and “rejoice in the dreams of your youth” the sentences are not only meant to be cheerful and celebratory but also include promises from Etisalat for an innovative future.
Moreover, to show how proud they are of their nation, especially as they celebrate the national day, the campaign came in the Arabic language, the mother tongue of the UAE. Every sentence came alongside a visual that represents it on the digital screens. “rejoice in an innovative future” came with a photo of kids playing with a VR, which was also featured in the music video. However, “rejoice in your people’s strength” was written under an image of a group of male citizens, and “rejoice in the dreams of your youth” came with a photo of a young lady sitting in front of a very luxurious car.
The campaign is very celebratory, innovative, and creative; it brings innovation and patriotism together in a very smooth way.
