The year 2022 is exceptional for the real estate giant, as it commemorates its 25 years in the Egyptian real estate market. In August 2022SODIC advertised its first OOH to raise awareness about its 25 years of Timeless Views.

The last appearance of the community-based real estate giant in the streets of Greater Cairo using out-of-home was in November with the marketing objective to raise awareness of SODIC West’s office and clinic spaces. SODIC utilized the OOH spaces for advertising that SODIC West “Means Business” with their “409 Thriving Offices” and “82 Operating Life-Changing Clinics”.

As the year 2022 is ending, SODIC utilizes the outdoor spaces to once again celebrate its 25 years in the Egyptian real estate market. Unlike August’s OOH campaign, which used festive colors to transfer a sense of celebration to the OOH viewers with the ad message, “25 Years of Timeless Views”. November's second OOH awareness and branding campaign has a more personalized approach by highlighting SODIC’s growth thanks to the real estate buyers who purchased residential, commercial, and administrative spaces to create memories. The OOH visuals showcase people having memorable and happy moments in their homes and offices, developed by SODIC. The ad message for the campaign supports SODIC’s community-based business objective by highlighting that the real estate giant is here to create “25 Years of Timeless Moments”.
