For over 18 years, the specialized residential and commercial real estate developer IWAN Developments has been developing around 18 projects spanning urban and coastal locations.

The last appearance for the specialized real estate developer in the streets of Greater Cairo using outdoor advertising was last year, with November 2021’s marketing objective to raise awareness for “Your Everyday Morning Breeze” that you can embrace, “Your Everyday Cool Night” that can soothe you to sleep, and your relaxing view that is overlooking the most beautiful beaches of the Red Sea next to the mountain of Galala at Majada Al Galalal resort located at Ain El Sokhna.  

With a versatile portfolio of 10 residential projects, IWAN Developments decided to utilize the out-of-home spaces in Greater Cairo to launch a branding campaign. The ad message for the campaign highlights the developer’s business objective that they have been implementing for over 18 years, which is “Developing Feel Good Neighborhood” for the public. With the green and golden yellow color used on the background of the OOH spaces, the interpretation of the neighborhood containing greenery, which will make property buyers feel optimism and joy, will encourage the OOH viewers to contact their hotline, which is placed on the bottom left of the OOH space.
