McDonald’s Parades its New Menu Additions on Cairo’s Billboards in Celebration of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

McDonald’s is back on Cairo’s billboards following their prior appearance promoting the ultimate breakfast menu. The multinational foodservice food chain has retired to Cairo’s outdoor advertising arena featuring an entirely new sandwich experience that no one has experienced at McDonald’s before. 

Manfoods advertises the new Chilli Chicken & Mushroom Beef sandwiches, which are extremely innovative, as well as limited to the McDonald’s menu. The new sandwiches were created as a way to bring football enthusiasts together, no matter who they root for in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, they can count on McDonald's to keep them satisfied all throughout the cup. 

The campaign ad spaces host mouthwatering visuals of both the new sandwiches, highlighting the key ingredients in each, the first being the chillis sauce, the second being the mushroom. The ad design utilizes McDonald’s usual yellow, while placing the names of the new sandwich names in a world cup theme tag, with little animated visuals of a soccer shoe and a ball. The visuals are extremely eye-catching, grabbing the attention of onlookers to these new fascinating creations that will surely keep your stomachs full throughout every match. The ad copy notes the campaign slogan, which translates to “Will you eat? Let's go to McDonald’s” which invites the audience to go ahead and hit up their friends and enjoy the 2 new McDonald's works of art.
