With black and yellow as the primary colors used for the OOH campaign, the real estate developer utilized uni-pole and wall Wrapping outdoor spaces with the objective of having the brand’s name as the focal point since it is placed in the center and occupies the largest portion of the billboard. Below the brand’s name are icons that identify the services that Al Ghassan Properties offers to the people living in the UAE. The real estate developer uses the lamppost out-of-home spaces to clarify that you can “Sell, Buy, Rent, and Manage” with Al Ghassan Properties. All OOH spaces for the real estate developer’s first OOH have the call to action to contact their mobile number which is the third element that captures the eyes of the OOH viewers.
