In the month of October, Telecom Egypt (TE) has been occupying the OOH spaces of Greater Cairo’s streets to advertise WE’s Bonus Offers, Superdome, and Nitro Package. TE’s last appearance in the streets of Greater Cairo using out-of-home advertising was at the beginning of this month of November with the marketing objective of raising awareness for “The Wegz Experience”. With the upcoming live concert, the visuals for the OOH campaign showcase Wegz in a futuristic creative concept to connect with the Millenials and Gen Zs fans that listen to his music.
For the Fifa World Cup Qatar 2022 occasion, the national telecommunication organization decided to launch today’s outdoor campaign to raise awareness for WE’s special offers to all WE users. The ad message highlights that by adding the code displayed in the OOH space before topping up your smartphone’s credit, you can get “60x” your credit or be one of the lucky “15 Customers” that will get the chance to Fly to Qatar and Cheer their favorite team at the World Cup. The OOH visuals perfectly illustrate the World Cup Tournament as the entire globe is transformed into a football field and we see the football orbiting the field at great speed, highlighting that our love for football unites us to be one.
