For this month of November 2022, SODIC uses the out-of-home spaces to advertise that they “Mean Business” in SODIC West with their “409 Thriving Offices” and “82 Operating Life-Changing Clinics”. The OOH visuals complement the ad messages, as scenes that portray life at the office occupy OOH spaces that advertise the office spaces. While scenes that reflect life at the clinic occupy billboard spaces that advertise the clinic spaces. With Sheikh Zayed being an optimal location for some office and clinic property buyers, SODIC encourages those who show interest to either contact their hotline or check out their website.
With the consistent execution of using the personalization creative approach to connect with the audience, will the real estate giant experiment a new creative concept that might have a greater impact with the public?
