Dubai’s streets were replenished with the out-door campaign that belongs to Hermès Paris, the french luxury goods designer, coming up with a new campaign with a whole new concept that is all about tapping a diverse range of creatives to come up with something new using just resources leftovers from these métiers. Following their last presence featuring their Plein Air collection. The concept of the campaign is in its work based on materials that other Hermès métiers have not utilized, rather than on a predetermined notion. By mixing them in a million and one various ways, craftspeople, artists, and designers create one-of-a-kind items with shapes and functions that scream loudly and clearly the creative detours they were intended to take. This is referred to as creation in reverse. The ideas in the ad space start flowing around the ‘petit ‘ re-creations that come to life in forms such as a sled, a chair, a guitar, a bench, a basket, or a vase. Creative isn’t it? Through this campaign, Hermès Paris pays attention to and values each small piece of material before transforming it into something different. What intrigues people the most is that it is not a narrative about style or fashion. It's a narrative about expert workmanship and innovative individuals. The ad states that the ‘Petit h’ workshop is open to the public and will be on display at the Hermès shop at Dubai Mall from November 11 to November 27. This campaign is quite recent, having only been published on lampposts and digital screens in the second week of November.
