With a prominent mention of the architectural firm that helped in the design, as the ad copy states that “A design masterpiece by the world-class WATG ”The project is located within a 30-kilometer radius of Downtown Cairo and the New Administrative Capital (NAC), which is a selling point the developers use on the official website.
