In 2022, Il Cazar Developments has been consistently raising awareness of not only their residential project, NORD (consisting of standalone villas, twin and townhouses alongside chalets), but also raising brand awareness for the real estate developer’s name. 

The real estate developer was last seen in the streets of Greater Cairo a month ago, with October 2022’s marketing objective to raise branding awareness for Il Cazar Developments. The OOH visuals for the campaign showcased the brand’s name, written using a white font and placed in the middle of the billboard. The billboard’s background color is black to have the brand’s name as the first element that captures the eyes of the OOH viewers. Curious as to what Il Cazar Developments is? Two calls to action (A Hotline and the Website) are placed in the bottom of the OOH space.

Since last month’s OOH campaign, the OOH viewer's curiosity has peaked regarding what Il Cazar stands for. For that reason, the real estate developer will launch its second branding campaign in November 2022. Unlike last month’s visuals, which had Il Cazar (Caesar, The Roman general and politician who named himself dictator of the Roman Empire) faded in the background, November 2022’s visualizes Julius Caesar in Gray and Gold right next to the brand name. Another symbol that reflects Il Cazar is a Roman coin with Caesar engraved.
