September 2022’s marketing objective for Prime Developments was raising the OOH viewers' awareness of the brand using a branding campaign. With the business objective to inspire a robust experience in real estate, Prime Developments vividly display the objective in their slogan; “Aspire for better.” In October’s out-of-home campaign, the real estate developer aims to promote their commercial and administrative project in the New Administrative Capital, Mid Tower. Located on an area of 4,646 meters in a strategic location in the heart of Down Town in the NAC, which directly overlooks Central Park and is only three minutes away from the Misr Mosque and five minutes from the Monorail Station. The OOH design encourages potential commercial and administrative potential property buyers to contact either their hotline or reach out using the Prime Developments website. The call to action is located in the bottom right of the billboard. It is the third element that captures the eye of the OOH viewers after an image of the project located in the middle of the billboard, the name of the project located on the top left of the billboard, and the eye catchy installment plan located in the bottom left of the billboard. The installment plan that Prime Developments showcases for Mid Tower is; “5% Downpayment and Up to 10 Years Installments”.
