Virgin Mobile celebrates one's uniqueness and singular needs in their new campaign, creating plans tailored to each individual according to their personal preferences and usage. They also introduce their new mascot characters, Nassim, Mariam, and Zeeshan. They help in establishing the campaign, with hopes of the audience seeing a little bit of themselves in these fantastic characters when it comes to their Virgin Mobile connection. Each character is showcased in the new campaign ad spaces, presenting each character's needs when it comes to their usage needs, Nassim being hooked on the Virgin Mobile “Save 50% offers on yearly plans” offer, Mariam needing the “Unlimited Data Mobile Plans” and lastly Zeeshan with the brand new “Unlimited Home Internet plan, starting from AED 199.9 Per Month”. Each one of these characters was created resembling different customer personas that hopefully cover Virgin Mobile’s customers’ uniqueness. The ad design is highly colorful and vibrant, utilizing Virgin’s usual popping red, as well as the engaging and dynamic visuals of the brand-new mascots. The repeated campaign slogan “ Your Plan, The Way You Like It” is also very catchy and noticeable, enticing the audience to the newly added offerings. The ad copy notes a call to action “Download. Order. Connect”, encouraging the audience to download the mobile app now through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.
