With the real estate developer’s first OOH campaign for Venia, Gates Developments used two creative approaches to connect with the billboard viewers. The first OOH showed a person holding a flower bouquet with a big smile on their face, which interprets the potential buyers’ state of mind once they purchase their next home at Venia. And with the caption, “People First,” the potential buyers feel encouraged to call the real estate developer's hotline. Especially with the affordable installment displayed; “ 10% Down Payment Up To 10 Years Installments”. Since this is a real estate OOH, OOH viewers are curious about what the project looks like. In the second creative approach in the OOH, Gates Developments showcases the apartments placed in front of a big swimming pool to display the activities buyers can do once they purchase their homes.\r\nAfter three months of launching an OOH for Venia, Gates Developments launches a launching soon OOH for their upcoming project, Gates Privé. In the OOH, Gates Developments display different oil paintings of various types of flowers.\r\nThe words; “New Era”, are located above the launching-soon announcement. With beautiful oil paintings displayed to the OOH viewers, can we conclude that the project will be Renaissance themed?
