In the OOH campaign, Fakhruddin Properties’ Objective for Maimoon Gardens is written in; “Sustainable Luxury RE-defined.” With the word Luxury in green, billboard viewers interpret that luxury can be eco-friendly. An ample billboard space was also used for Branding, as the property developer’s logo and the name is the first thing that captures the eyes of the OOH viewers. The third element that captures the eye of the viewer is the forest-like theme images of Maimoon Gardens. Last but not least, a very exclusive offer is visible on the OOH to those who are interested. This is evident in; “Pay 1% Monthly To Own | Limited Offer”. As this is a long-term commitment, the word Pay has a blue background to assure buyers that Fakruddin Properties will be loyal to them.
