In today’s OOH campaign, Mountain View launches a campaign to display the development of Mountain View IV in October City. A project developed to offer potential buyers exclusive and luxurious Town Houses and Villas. In this OOH, Villas are the focal point. The creative elements used on the billboard are straightforward, with snapshots of the different designs for the Villas. The second element that captures the eye of the billboard viewers is the project’s name, Mountain View IV, positioned in the middle of the billboard, written in bold and using a big font. Billboard viewers also notice two messages about the property’s status and when they can receive their keys for their new home, which is evident in; “Introducing Fully-Furnished Villas” and “Move in 2023”.
