IL CAZAR Developments is an international name inspired by the great Caesar reflecting a bolder leap into launching 3 real estate projects after Creek Town and Go Heliopolis, promising branded projects with international standards of excellence in every detail. 

In 2022, IL CAZAR Developments decided to use OOH advertising not only to promote their projects but also to promote the Property Developer's brand awareness. IL CAZAR’s first two OOH campaigns, which appeared in Greater Cairo’s streets in July and August, promoted the project that offers carefree residential and commercial zones that cater to all your needs and guarantee a top-notch experience; NORD. The creative approach in August’s OOH campaign was very minimalistic, allowing the billboard viewers to focus on three messages; The project, the project’s name, and the property developer.

In this OOH campaign, IL CAZAR Developments has a different marketing objective compared to the previous two campaigns, which is raising the Property Developers' Brand Awareness. The creative approach used on the OOH campaign was also minimalistic, with the primary focal point set on the IL CAZAR Developments, positioned in the middle of the billboard. Due to its large font, it occupies the largest space on the billboard.  The second focal point is an image of the great Caesar behind the property developer’s name to showcase what inspired the name. Lastly, billboard viewers notice the two methods to contact IL CAZAR, which are either through their website or their hotline. The billboard’s primary color is black, with the subconscious objective to project a sense of elegance and sophistication once potential property buyers purchase from them.
