Yas Park Gate, Tranquility at Its Best! Aldar’s New Residential Expansion Just Visited Dubai’s OOH

With an investment of $313 million, Aldar Properties is budgeting their newest residential

Project Yas Park Gate, on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. The previous campaign of Aldar was about Kevin Hart’s Yas Island, which can be described as an extravagant successful campaign. Following the last campaign’s steps. The real estate mogul released another campaign parallel to Yas Island’s one. And this current one is about the residential phase of Yas!

Some interesting numbers are shown on the project’s official website “Townhouses & VillasStarting From AED 1.78 Million Upfront Only AED 178K”— a brief message to tell what kind of accommodation you will get, the price range and what are the facilitation you will get.

Minutes away from Yas island, to get all the access to the island’s activities, concerts, and events in no time. Furthermore, the real estate developer, Aldar, promises the tranquility the community has to offer.

On the hoarding format of the campaign, Aldar used the main message of the campaign, which is “ reconnect to real life,” the same as the message you can find on the official website. The campaign was all over the streets in 2 editions, Arabic and English, just to direct the message to the right segmentation, whether you are a resident or a foreigner.

One last thing worth mentioning is this might be the first time a real estate company thinks big and spreads its campaigns in multiple formats and chooses the best locations, such as The View @ The Beach new JBR to place both campaigns on them.
