NEOM, the real estate brand, has climbed Dubai’s billboards with a campaign for THE LINE after their previous appearance for TROJENA. The Saudi futuristic eco-city introduces the civilizational revolution that creates an unparalleled urban living experience.

THE LINE will run entirely on renewable energy, have no roads, automobiles, or pollution, and 95% of the land will be set aside for natural habitat. In contrast to traditional cities, the health and welfare of the population will take precedence over infrastructure and transportation.

It will have a total capacity of 9 million people and be constructed on a 34 square kilometer area. This will result in a smaller infrastructure footprint and more efficiencies in city functions. Residents can take advantage of the nearby natural beauty thanks to the optimum environment all year round. In addition to high-speed rail, which takes 20 minutes to go from point A to point B, residents will have access to all facilities within a five-minute walk of their homes.




NEOM’s visuals hint at the magnificent nature that THE LINE holds, with a sneak peek of its visionary design and revolutionary landscape. The tagline “ A city that delivers new wonders for the world…” stresses the unique marvel that is THE LINE, especially “The wonder of a perfect climate,” which ensures that residents can walk everywhere in the circling nature and breathe in the fresh air.

The new campaign struck Dubai and got displayed on digital billboards (DOOH) and hoarding in the first week of August.
