Developer X bringing Bianchi Ilios to Cairo’s billboards once again, after last May’s campaign of “The Wave Hotel Appartments”. This campaign tempts audiences with chilling colors and views from the project and promises of a “Simple Summer”. Modernly infused authenticity is what developer X promises their customers and followers of the Greek sun “Ilios”.

The campaign visual design deploys rendered shots, white and blue are the primary dominant colors. On the other hand, the ad copy came out strongly associated with the visuals, and the good part here is the ad copy is not wordy, it comes out even simpler, as the logo mastered almost 50% of the scene footed with the slogan “Simple Summer”. An amazing relaxing view of the project occupied the rest of the visual, and the call-to-action with the developer occupies the footer.

The campaign's geographic coverage is pretty focused on targeting certain demographic segments and deploying large formats such as double-deckers, and gantry.
