The new-minded generation's business hub from real estate developer NEWGIZA, Artlife, has landed on Cairo’s billboards. The first stage of NG Town is Artlife, which includes luxury office spaces. Sitting atop one of NEWGIZA's highest points, it’s conveniently located between Sheikh Zayed and the Cairo-Alex Desert Road, providing easy access and stunning views of the Pyramids and the city.
Stop and stare! This is just what the billboards aim to do, with their striking scarlet hue in contrast with black that screams for attention on Cairo’s roads. The ad copy states, “There’s art in doing business”, hinting at their office spaces with unmatched quality, and “West Cairo’s Most Awaited Commercial Destination”. The campaign provides information in a subtle way with a tag of “NG Town”, “Launching at NG Town”, and “ARTLIFE x NEWGIZA” stamping the billboards. The visuals include fragments and profiles of people in classy business attire, as well as luxurious snippets into the community’s night life and deluxe lifestyle.
