The real estate tycoon Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG Holding) has overtaken Cairo’s OOH mediums to promote Noor Capital Gardens once again after an OOH campaign in June of last year.
Showcasing stunning villas with spaces starting from 195 meters, the outdoors ad captures all eyes on Cairo’s roads with their bluer-than-the-sky pool, relaxing chaise lounges, and modern architecture. Not only that, they also flaunt their apartment complexes, starting from 67 meters, with payment, plans up to 15 years. The ad copy states, “A smart choice for a new life”, reflecting back on their smart homes, automated transportation, and more. Noor Capital Gardens adds their hotline and website to the billboards.
