The leading telecom operator, Vodafone Egypt, has scored once again on Egypt’s OOH scene with a new campaign featuring some of Cairo’s most prominent stars; comedian and actor Mohamed Saad, Egypt’s sweetheart Ruby, and the talented rapper Abyusif. Vodafone’s prior campaign was not so long ago, when the brand launched an awareness campaign educating the masses about the strengthened network and expanded coverage. 

The new OOH campaign attempts to encourage consumers to “Subscribe to Flex Package and Earn Facebook, Watch It & Anghami Plus”. In February 2021, Vodafone launched a very similar campaign, also for Flex Plans, featuring Mohamed Saad, Abyusif, and Dina El Sherbiny which makes Ruby a fresh face for Vodafone this year. The OOH visual demonstrates Mohamed Saad in the middle of the billboard representing the Facebook feature in the Flex Plan while Ruby is on the right, representing the Watch It app which is bound to be in high demand with the near arrival of Ramadan 2022. On the left, Abyusif is photographed representing Anghami Plus. Vodafone also induces its signature motto “Stronger Together” portraying the “Flex” logo as well.
