In the previous days, the Egyptian community witnessed a teaser campaign across the streets of Cairo, managed by the real estate developer Contact Developments, which successfully hyped up the masses on the roads with a new project in the New Administrative Capital, specifically in the Downtown.   

The prominent real estate brand has made the best possible impression on Cairo’s OOH scene, spreading its message over a reposted vibrant background from a previous campaign. The advertiser included other visuals in the campaign, like a 3D rendering of the commercial project and some photographs of individuals who appear to be having fun. 

Contact Developments is launching a new concept of shopping malls, known as CAYO MALL in NAC. It is considered the third project for the aforementioned real estate after the success of the fabulous projects, Quan Iconic Tower at CBD and Mercury Business Complex at Downtown. In addition, the campaign deploys several messages; one is describing the project as “A closer look to joy”, the other highlights the phrase “Saving the best for last”, and last but not least, a call to action, manifested in the statement “Step into the spotlight”, the hotline, and the website.
